Delphin Barankanira is Agentic AI Partner Strategy Lead at Google Cloud EMEA, where he architects the Generative and Agentic AI adoption strategy for the region's ISV ecosystem and designs the operating-model frameworks that enterprise customers use to move AI from experimentation to scale. Over four years at Google Cloud he has been designated GenAI Ambassador for EMEA, named to the Google Cloud Club in 2024 and 2025, and established strategic AI alliances with partners including Mistral AI, MongoDB, Elastic, Weights & Biases, Labelbox, and DataStax. He created the ISV Solution Innovation Factory, an AI co-innovation engine that industrializes LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI offerings from proof-of-concept to production-grade deployment. His 15-year career spans four organizations. Before Google he was Field CTO at Dell Technologies, Senior Solutions Architect at Cisco for eight years, and an R&D engineer and standards architect at Orange Labs — where he earned five international patents in wireless network access and media streaming and represented Orange in the 3GPP Architecture Working Group. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris (2024–2025) and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from Université de Rouen Normandie.
