Board and advisory roles

I take on 1–2 new board or advisor seats per year. The focus is Series B+ enterprise software companies that are evaluating or actively scaling an AI programme — where the question is no longer whether to invest in AI, but how to make the investment compound.

The engagement is most useful when the board or founding team needs someone who has seen the operating-model problems from the inside at large enterprises, not just the market-sizing view from the outside. Compensation is expected.

Keynotes and workshops

I speak to executive and technical audiences on enterprise AI strategy, operating-model transformation, and the decisions that determine whether AI investment compounds or stalls. Formats include keynotes, workshops, panel contributions, and fireside chats.
